FINAL OBJECTIVES

The final objectives of CATHERINE project are:

1. Development of cost-effective and reliable technological process for realization of high-performance next-generation interconnects;
2. Development of a multiscale simulation tool for the prediction of the multifunctional performance of the interconnect and for the EMC analysis;
3. Development of electromagnetic and multifunctional test procedures and experimental characterization methods;
4. Manufacturing and testing of proof-of-concept samples of nano-interconnects at laboratory level.
